Dear Ms. Sarmiento:

Our Client, the Roymed Pharmaceutical, through its legal representative Mr.
Mark Louis B. Bati with office address at J.P. Rizal Ave., cor Jaena St.
Kalayaan Village, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, has referred to us for
appropriate action the fact that you delivered postdated check/s in favor of our
client supposedly to pay your monetary obligation. The checks are more
particularly described as follows:

a. Check No. 1090014902 dated November 30, 2018 bearing the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00) and drawn against Producers Saving Bank
Corporation- Bayambang Branch- Poblacion Sur, Bayambang, Pangasinan-
ACCOUNT CLOSED;

b. Check No. 1090014903 dated December 31, 2018 bearing the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00) and drawn against Producers Saving Bank
Corporation- Bayambang Branch- Poblacion Sur, Bayambang, Pangasinan-
ACCOUNT CLOSED;

c. Check No. 1090014904 dated January 31, 2019 bearing the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00) and drawn against Producers Saving Bank
Corporation- Bayambang Branch- Poblacion Sur, Bayambang, Pangasinan-
ACCOUNT CLOSED;

d. Check No. 1090014905 dated February 28, 2019 bearing the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00) and drawn against Producers Saving Bank
Corporation- Bayambang Branch- Poblacion Sur, Bayambang, Pangasinan-
ACCOUNT CLOSED;

e. Check No. 1090014906 dated March 31, 2019 bearing the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00) and drawn against Producers Saving Bank
 Corporation- Bayambang Branch- Poblacion Sur, Bayambang, Pangasinan-
ACCOUNT CLOSED;

f. Check No. 1090014907 dated April 30, 2019 bearing the amount of TWELVE
THOUSAND SIXTY PESOS (P 12,060.00) and drawn against Producers Saving
Bank Corporation- Bayambang Branch- Poblacion Sur, Bayambang,
Pangasinan- ACCOUNT CLOSED;

Per our client’s information, when you issued said checks, you made an
assurance that the aforesaid checks would be sufficiently funded, however,
when the said checks were presented to the drawee bank for payment, the
same were dishonored for reason “CLOSED ACCOUNT”.

Our client would not have given you the pharmaceutical products you acquired
from it without your assurance that the checks are sufficiently funded.

We were likewise informed by our client that you were verbally notified of the
fact that the checks were dishonored but you have failed and refused to redeem
the same.

In view thereof, we are hereby giving you a period of five (5) days from receipt
hereof, to redeem said checks and to pay the accruing interest thereto,
otherwise we shall have no other recourse but to heed to our client’s request to
file the necessary legal action against you in court for Estafa and/or Violation
of BP Bldg. 22 which if resorted to will surely expose you to embarrassment,
inconvenience, damage, prejudice and other incidental expenses not to
mention reasonable attorney’s fees.

CONSIDER THIS AS YOUR FINAL DEMAND.
