Teachers perform their best in implementing the Homeroom Guidance Program.
Learners’ output, learners’ concerns, giving learners’ attention, providing learners’ more
time to reflect and other factors affecting daily life of learners are the things to be
improved by the teachers that is reflected on the HG Monitoring Tool.

D. Recommendations for Better Class Implementation of Homeroom Guidance:

Teachers should be consistent in better implementation the Homeroom Guidance
Program, specifically in giving immediate attention in any problems that will arise that
will be encountered during the HG module distribution to retrieval. Teachers should
come up with a better plan to monitor the learners’ performance on the accomplishment
of tasks stated on the HG modules.
