SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSION, AND RECOMMENDATION

This chapter presents the summary of the research, conclusions, and recommendations of the researchers
regarding the topic ventured. The researchers summarized the study in order for the readers to answer the problems
regarding the topic of this research while recommendations are for the development of the present status about the
topic presented by the researchers.
Summary of Findings
The Significant findings of the study are the following:
1. having Low Self – esteem: Having low self-esteem may have a detrimental impact on almost every aspect
of your life, including your relationships, work, and health. Mental health therapy, on the other hand, might
help enhance your self-esteem. Keep company with those who are kind to you. Some individuals have the
ability to bring you down with their actions. What others say and do has the power to boost you up. Know
the difference between the two. You should surround yourself with people who make you happy. Make
friends with folks who allow you to be who you are. Be that kind of friend to others around you. Setting and
achieving objectives is essential. Take care of yourself and you'll have a positive outlook on life. It's possible
that you'd want to lose weight, tone up, or improve your academic performance. Set a goal and work toward
it. Then devise a strategy of action. Stick to the strategy you've laid forth. Keep a record of your
achievements. Be proud of your accomplishments so far.
2. Being frustrated and unmotivated: It's possible to feel uninspired for a number of reasons, but in general, it's
related with being stuck or in a rut. You find it difficult to take action and believe that you are wasting your
time. It's easy to lose sight of your long-term objectives and dreams when you're focusing on the here and
now. When you're feeling down, take a moment to reflect on the long-term consequences of your actions.
When you take a step back and look at the larger picture, your motivation generally returns soon. What are
you aiming for? What's the big deal? There, what are your thoughts going to be? Breaking through to the
other side is sometimes all you need to get back on track. Keep your focus on the positive and not the bad.
It's important to keep in mind that anything you believe about yourself is real, so make it a point to often
remind yourself of your strengths and accomplishments. The more you concentrate on the positive aspects
of your situation rather than the negative, the more likely you are to succeed.
3. Family Problem: The ups and downs of family life have a significant impact on children and young adults in
every household. A child's growth and development will be fuelled by the love and support they get from
their parents and relatives. Some children and teenagers may find it difficult to get along with their parents
or siblings, although this is common in all households. Even if no one has informed them otherwise, children
and young people frequently believe that their families' troubles are their own responsibility. A child's self-
esteem and self-confidence might suffer if his or her family undergoes significant change. Anxious, nervous,
or sad are all possibilities. These sentiments may have an impact on other aspects of their life, such as
school and friendships.

learning, a lack of drive, a lack of readiness to study, and a bad learning mind-set. To prevent thi we should

good relationships.

With so many Students suffering from this depression epidemic, it's imperative that they get help from a

important factor in maintaining good health and well-being is getting adequate sleep each night. College students are
prone to being disoriented due to the abundance of social and academic obligations they must manage while in
school. "Remaining attentive and conscious in the present moment" is one reason mindfulness may be useful for
persons with depression and other mental health conditions. Meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, a mindfulness
