Responsibilities & Deliverables:

 Run Strategic business programs/projects with the Brands towards enhancing the
post purchase experience of the customers.
 Identification of strengths, weaknesses of existing processes, methods and tools and
implementation of initiatives. ·
 Own the timelines for completion of initiatives through coordination of efforts across
respective stakeholders
 Development of an overall Bluebook based approach for the Supply Chain projects
that have been conceptualized and executed for driving Speed and Efficiency.
 Support the network design, planning and execution teams across all the phases of
the project journey basis the PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACT (PDCA)
