Other requirements:

 Any change of the total of guests has to be informed minimum 7 days before date of confirmation. Less than
that will be considered as binding.
 Any change of the date of confirmation, has to be informed minimum 14 days before; less will be charged
25% of total amount.
 In case of cancellation less than 14 days, no refund of deposit can be claimed ( non-refundable ). There will
be a cancellation fee as 25% of the guarantee.
 Anything other than above, will be considered as “Extra Additional Charge”.
 Check in time is 13.00 pm & check out time is 12.00 pm. For late check out will be charged 20 % of room rate
per night whether the time depends on room availability
