1. Identification of the Repair Location

Internal inspection by visual and hammering will be done by Refractory SV,

and decide extent of repair portion.
The delivered materials are as follows, which is corresponding to around
8m length of the transfer line, as it is assumed that around 7-8 m straight
portion of the transfer line outlet upto the inlet of the WHB based on the
report in October 2013.

- Plicast #40 (for hot layer) : 6,600 kg

- Plicast LWI-606 (for cold layer) : 7,400 kg
- YB + PN anchors (for hot layer) : 644 sets
- V anchors (for cold layers) : 644 sets

The refractory shall be replaced for both cold and hot layers as well as the
anchors for the repaired portion, thus not only for the refractory of both cold
and hot layers but also the anchors shall be demolished.

2. Installation Procedure

3.1 The installation procedure is as per the Attachment-1.

3.2 New anchors shall be welded as per the dwg in the Attachment-1.
Typical WPS is as per the attached (Attachment-2), and it is required to
prepare WPS/PQR with qualified welder accordingly. PWHT is not required.
