I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Ashlynn Blair whom I have worked closely with
for the past year in my role as El Capitan FFA Advisor. I have also been her teacher for the last six
months in two of her classes. At this time in Ashlynn’s educational career, she is eager to pursue a
successful college education to further her capacity as a dynamic and highly effective doctor.
Currently, Ashlynn maintains a high 4.3 GPA while also staying involved in her school and community.

In all of my observations and work of Ashlynn, I have witnessed nothing short of professional
character, efficiency and organization, strong communication skills, and a high level of integrity in all
she pursues. She has led a number of FFA related activities, events, community service, and
committees that I oversee as FFA advisor. She works diligently to execute plans that provide
experiences to the members of our FFA program.

Ashlynn’s innate ability to prioritize and multi-task have been recognized as her strong attributes, in
addition to her excellent attention to detail. As a result of Ashlynn’s approachable and “can-do”
demeanor, she has become one of my go-to individuals to rely on to accomplish tasks. Ashlynn has
consistently demonstrated the ability to work independently and as a team leader as evidenced by
her delegating and working alongside others to accomplish short and long term goals/projects.

It is without reservation that I provide you with the highest recommendation for Ashlynn Blair’s
