Student Teaching Family Engagement Questionnaire

As a student teacher new to the district, this brief survey will allow me to gauge components of
the school including school climate, family engagement, and barriers to communication within
the district. Your participation and completion of this survey is extremely valuable to me
throughout my student teaching. Thank you for your time!
Directions: Answer the following questions about family engagement within the district using a
scale of agreeability or providing specific examples where appropriate. (Est. time: 5-10 minutes)

1. Generally, my child and I are treated with respect by school personnel (principals,
teachers, aides, etc.)
