SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, BRENDA S. GONZALES, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of

Purok 5, Buag, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya, by these presents do hereby NAME, APPOINT
AND CONSTITUTE, CESAR ANGADOL, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
Giayan, Binuangan, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya, to be my lawful attorney-in-fact
for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To receive and/or claim from the Office of the Clerk of Court (OCC) –South,
Nueva Vizcaya, the cashbond that I posted for myself covered by Official Receipt
No. 2471811;

2. To keep safe the said amount and to deliver it in my favor;

3. To execute, sign, and exhibit any document to carry out the aforementioned
purpose;

4. To do such other powers and functions to give effect to the foregoing authority.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to do and carry into
effect the foregoing authority as if to all intents and purposes as I am present and
acting in person, and hereby confirming and ratifying all that my said attorney-in-fact
may do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents. Further, all authority and
power I have previously issued to another person/s relative to the foregoing powers I
hereby revoked and cancelled.
