EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN MARKETING OF COORDINATED WAREHOUSE CENTRE (CWC)

FACILITIES IN OBA, IDEMILI SOUTH ANAMBRA

We wish to express our interest in the marketing of Coordinated Warehouse Centre (CWC) in Oba,
Idemili South. We have good experience in real estate management marketing/ sales, we will also use
our state-of-the-art Enterprise resource planning (ERP) portal which make it very easy for both owners,
marketer, users/buyer and financiers to have rest of mind about the business process, ERP provides
an integrated and continuously updated view of core business processes using common databases
maintained by a database management system. he ERP system integrates varied organizational
systems and facilitates error-free transactions and production, thereby enhancing the organization's
efficiency Customer relationship management (CRM): sales and marketing, commissions, service,
customer contact, call center support – CRM systems are not always considered part of ERP systems
but rather business support systems (BSS). Our major aim of using this ERP management solution
which the management will have full control of using it and will also have full synergy marketing
process and all accounting process is that the portal has the ability of integrating the entire site plan,
making it easy for user/buyers to know the exact location of their facility at click without making mistake
or having guess work, it also makes the management to view sales of facility by location without
working round the entire site.

Marketing: we have good marketing partners around the world both online, social media influencers
big multimedia and billboards advertising agencies, radio and television companies and so on, the
advantage of our marketing strategy is not only to have the facilities at CWC Oba sold but also to
promote the market so that I will have national and international rating, it will also increase the false
sales value of the facilities already bought by people and increase movement of traders to the market
without use of force and also increase sales and international recognition.

Our marketing plans: first six months we will target Anambra state, second six months all the states in
the south east, from twelve months till thirty months nation wide social media, online adverts, national
radio adverts etc. (the main aim is to gain national and international awareness and recognition)

Media of Marketing: bill boards, radio and television Adverts, online Adverts, social media influencers
and use of online news blogs, SMS reminders and marketing emails.

Our Bill: we are company that have the interest of our client at heart and we like to progress with our
client. Marketing project of CWC oba is a multimillion-naira marketing investment and a 30 months
continuous marketing and adverts, we wish to be paid by the percentage of shops/facilities allocated
to us for sales, this depends on the price per facility, but for massive marketing and adverts we
suggesting 10% of sales from of 1000 duplex shops and other facilities.
