This position is the most important and also the topmost position on the hierarchy chart of the
event management company or team. He/she is the one responsible for directing and looking after the
smooth functioning of the entire event.

Handles the booking of clients, entertain clients and presenting the packages that the clients

Finance Manager
Makes the financial statements every after the event and an budget proposal before the event.
Making sure that every financial aspect of every coordinator are monitored and controlled.
Programme Coordinator
Looks after the coordination of the event and makes sure that everything from ceremonies to
tabulation etc. runs in smooth order and proper synchronization. It has several other job position, as

to propose an event entitled: “Lhiezel Fabulous @50” a Black & Gold themed party to be held at the
King Franco Hall, Queen Margarette Hotel, Brgy. Domoit, Lucena City on January 7, 2022 that
will be handled by A’s Events Management. We specialize on creative and effective planning with the

50th birthday is one of the most important birthdays a person has in their life. It’s a milestone and
accomplishment, and the person being honored deserves the best than their friends and loved ones can
muster. Marking the beginning of the latter years of a person’s life.. This is also an opportunity for the
family and friends to get reunited once more. Lhiezel’s 50th birthday party is a Black and Gold Party
wherein participants or guests will be wearing Black with Gold accent dresses and suits as they will be
experiencing an elegant night full of activities for the guests and celebrator’s satisfaction and
enjoyment. Food and Beverages, Games, Performances (serenades), Souvenirs, Presentations and a lot
more is waiting for the celebrator and the guests.

EVENT CONTRACT
This event contract states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between A’s
Events Management located at 2rd flr 3m Building, Dalahican Road cor. Maharlika Highway, Lucan
City and Ms. Lhiezel Irenea who agrees to be bound by this contract.
It is understood that special circumstances may arise in which this agreement may be altered. In cases
of a venue change, extended duration, or other difficulties, parties may meet to discuss alterations,
which must be amenable to both.
By signing this contract, both parties agree to the following terms and conditions.

Memoire Event Management Duties
Pre-Event Planning:
A’s Events will plan the event according to Ms. Lhiezel Irenea’s specifications.
Physical set up of the Event site:
A’s Events will set up the Event and decorate it accordingly.

Welcoming Event attendees:
A’s Events will prepare the Welcoming Event prior to the Event the night before.
Program:
A’s Events will be handling the program flow and will ensure that the program will go smoothly
as planned. Emcee will be coming from the company.
Entertainment:
A’s Events will be the once to provide the entertainment for the event.
SCHEDULE B
Payment schedule
15% shall be deposited right after the event organizer and client have settled the deal and signed
the contract.
25% of the final amount shall be paid 3 months before the event.
35% of the final amount shall be paid 1 month before the event through cash or bank-to-bank
basis only.
The remaining 25% of the balance will be settled right after the event through cash basis only.
If any discount is given, the client and event manager are the only one allowed in settling the
discount.
This contract covers the services that will be provided by Queen Margarette Hotel. Any alterations to
this agreement must be made in writing and must be signed by both parties.
By signing this document, Event Management Co. is to pay P10, 000.00 to Queen Margarette Hotel
rendered on July 07. A deposit of P20, 000.00 will be paid upon signing the contract and
the remainder of P30, 000.00 will be paid on or before May 30, 2021.

The service will last until the event ends and will take place at Queen Margarette Function Hall,
Domoit Diversion Road, Lucena City.
A’s Events Management and Queen Margarette Hotel agrees with the following services: setting up of
the sound system, setting up of all food and beverage and setting up of tables and chairs. Venue set up,
decorations; program and entertainment will be handled by A’s Events Management.
It is understood that special circumstances may arise in which this agreement may be altered. In cases
of a venue change, extended duration, or other difficulties, parties may meet to discuss alterations,
which must be amenable to both.
