1. Explain why the quid pro quo sexual harassment is illegal and immoral.
ANS: Quid pro quo is always the wrong means to get what you want unless there is a mutual
understanding and everyone benefits. Is illegal and immoral when manager or boss uses his
authority to grant pay increases and promotions as a means to export sexual favors from
employees and if the manager use it for blackmailing the employee that he or she will fired
if they don’t do it, but it is not illegal when the employee want it to get a promotion or high
pay for work.

2. Differentiate bribery from gift-giving.

ANS: A gift is showing for kindness and caring for your love ones is something of value given
without the expectation of return, giving and receiving a gift is legal. A bribery is the same
thing given but in the hope of influence or benefit. If a gift is given with the intention of
getting something in return, it’s no longer a gift but a trade at best and a bribe at worst.

3. Discuss why money laundering is illegal and immoral.

ANS: Money laundering is a criminal activity and illegal from drug trafficking and smuggling to
fraud, extortion, and corruption they get dirty money then put it in legal company so it will be
clean. Money laundering facilitates corruption and can destabilize the economies of susceptible
countries.

4. What is your definition of fair wage?

ANS: Fair wage is for fair work, workers need to be paid the right pay rate for all time
worked. This salary, received in return for individual work performance.
