PROMISSORY NOTE

FOR THE VALUE RECEIVED, I, JEREMY A. TURVEL, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a
resident of Jurisdiccion, Alcala, Cagayan, herein-called the MAKER, do hereby promise to pay without the
need of demand to the order of MARLON B. SAQUING, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and with
Philippine residence at Bignay, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila, herein-called the LENDER, the principal
aggregate amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php130,000.00), Philippine
Currency, with monthly interest of TEN PERCENT (10%), the receipt of which was duly acknowledged and
agreed upon as faithfully entrusted for the sole purpose of loan of money in the amount as described above.

To secure the payment of the LOAN and to assure the prompt and faithful performance by
the MAKER of all his obligations in this Note, the MAKER undertakes to deliver or cause to be delivered to
the LENDER, as security, the following collateral which are specifically described as:

In case of non-compliance with the above-mentioned commitment or promise, as in the case that is
becomes necessary to collect this note through the filing of any and all appropriate case in the courts of law,
the LENDER shall exercise any of his rights and remedies under the law against the MAKER. The MAKER
likewise agrees to pay, in addition to the outstanding principal obligation, reasonable attorney’s fees not
exceeding a sum equal to 10% of the same amount plus all other reasonable expenses incurred by the
LENDER.
