- The tournament shall be based on the format of 3v3 Asian Parliamentary Debate. - There are six teams in total. The minimum number of people required in a team is 8. - There shall be 5 in rounds with pre-formed draws through which each team has to face all the other team in the competition. - Participants shall be categorised into three tiers (Tier I, Tier II, Tier III) for all purposes of the tournament. The allocation shall be on the basis of their debating and adjudication credentials. - Each team shall have only one Tier I participant. - Teams are required to send 2 judges for all in-rounds. - We shall run three simultaneous rooms for every in round. - After 5 in rounds, the teams will move to the semi-finals. - An adjudicator shall be eligible to break only if they judge three or more in- rounds. - No speaker is allowed to speak in more than 3 in-rounds.
