Ex 1 A metal sphere A is suspended by means of a nylon thread. When
another charged sphere B with an insulated handle is brought near to A and
kept at distance d, a force of repulsion F acts between them. Now A is
brought in contact with an identical neutral sphere and B is also brought in
contact with an identical chargeless sphere and then they are separated
from each other. What will be the force between them at a separation of
d/2 ?
Ex 2 Three charges q, q, -q are placed on the vertices of an equilateral triangle.
Show that the vector sum of resultant forces acting on all of them is zero.
