1. The new page will open and on the top right you can change the language from French
to English.

Once you change the language, you will choose the option “I dont own an account to enter
the application form yet, I create it”.
2. In the next page, you need fill your information.

3. Once you created the account, you will receive an email to your email address in order to
validate your account.

4. By clicking the link above link you will be heading to another page where you can define
your password for your account.
5. Finally, you can connect and start to fill application form.

6. Read the warning and if you agree click on the box to continue. WARNING: YOU MAY BE
ASKED IF YOU WANT TO ENROLL AS AN ERASMUS (DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION) OR AS A
ULIEGE STUDENT TO OBTAIN A DIPLOMA (PLEASE SELECT THIS OPTION).

7. You can start filling the form step by step.

8. Here you should choose the faculty as “Faculty of Applied Sciences”
and Level of study is “Master’s degree”, Years of study is “Masters in
mechanical engineering, EMSHIP (120 ECTS), 120 credits (ECTS).

If you are SELF FUNDED: The following two questions should be

answered as “No”.

If you are an ERASMUS+ HOLDER: The first question should be

answered with NO, and the following with “YES”, selecting Nantes-
Erasmus Mundus agreement.
9. Here in the next step, you just click next.

10. Next step is adding your address. This address will be used for mailing, so please make sure
that you put your address correctly. Please type your address by using English Alphabet
characters. For example, I did a mistake with one letter and it shows up as “Ortabay?r”
instead of “Ortabayir”.
11. Normally you click “No reason for assimilation”. If you have a special case, you can contact
us.

12. Add details about your secondary education (high school).

 13. Here you add details about your higher education studies. Studies years should be written
annually and all these informations should match with your transcript records.

15. If you have done another work/activity, you can click on “add another type of activity”.
16. Next step is about funding plan. You simply click on “add a plan for funding” and choose the
nature of your funding.

If you are SELF FUNDED: Most of the cases, depending on your ranking, you may need to
show and account higher than 10k euros. For example, I considered myself without any
scholarship and I mentionned 18k euros.

If you are an ERASMUS+ HOLDER: You should select the “grant” option and input an amount
of 18000 euros/year.
17. As final step, please make sure that you have all those documents. Once you applied to
Emship program, you have already sent us most of those documents such as passport,
motivation letter, high school diploma etc. If there is any missing document, we will
contact you.
If you are SELF FUNDED: One of the most important documents is your bank certificate. As
soon as you have it, you should send that document to us by email.
18. Click next and check all the information below. Afterwards save it and VALIDATE YOUR
APPLICATION.
19. Once you save it you will be able to download the document by clicking on the bottom of
the page. Otherwise, take a screenshot of you application summary and send it to us by email (
to ph.rigo@uliege.be)
