The Pros and Cons of using nuclear energy

A world without nuclear weapons sounds good, but it wouldn't be so we shouls search adv and
disadv Nuclear energy is one of the most argumentative problems in the world. For some people the
potential risk is too great. For others, nuclear power is one of the best energy sources.
Firstly, such power is really cheap. Secondly, a nuclear power plant can produce energy nonstop,
and you won’t have to experience any delays in energy production. In addition, nuclear power
reactors do not produce any carbon emissions into the atmosphere.
However, there are also plenty of negative effects of nuclear energy. It still has a bad impact on
the environment, mainly through radioactive waste and water discharge. Nuclear power plants have
very strict safety measures. Despite, accidents can happen no matter how careful you are. A
meltdown at a nuclear plant can have a catastrophic impact on the people`s health and surrounding
areas, which we know from events like the Fukushima disaster and Chornobyl. Finally, there is a
great risk of atomic war.
As we can see, there are many arguments both for and against nuclear power. And as General
Omar Bradley used to say, “The way to win am atomic war is to make certain it never starts”.

1 Due to the fact that the world is changing, we can say for sure tell with confidence that it will
change radically in 50 years. The mass-scale production of 3D-printed organs, implants to monitor
our health and self-cleaning homes will be key parts of everyday life. predictions for the future world
also include availability of Underground roads. It means transport that is capable of traveling at the
speed of sound will be developed. Underground skyscrapers are other innovations These multistory
buildings that will be built underground will be earthquake resistant. To talk about Space hotels: I
should mention Journeys to the moon and other planets are possible. In the future These journeys
will be performed with a system that will adapt to the gravity of each planet. Flying buses or cabs: It
is also known that air cabs will start serving some years later. High-power drone copters like flying
buses will be an indispensable means of public transportation. Moreover Body implants will be used
to learn how the health of our bodies is and to measure our body values. Moreover, they will work as
translators. Furtermore Interactive virtual reality films: You will find yourself in a film by wearing
virtual reality (VR) clothing at home and experience the feeling of touch. This technology, which will
allow all five senses to be engaged, giving you the feeling of a film or a video game. Artificial
Intelligence (AI) technology is a "game-changer" in marketing strategies. The retail brands which are
after creating smart markets want to increase retail sales by making their websites and markets
attractive at the highest level.
That is, we can see that the world will be significantly different in 50 years
2Science refers to the process of exploring new knowledge methodically through observation and
experiments. Technology refers to the process of applying scientific knowledge in practical
applications for various purposes. In short science is gathering data, continuous process of exploring
knowledge.and technology is these data put in practice, the continuous process of implementing
knowledge. Science is always useful. It always gives emphasize on discovery. Technology can be
useful or harmful. It always gives emphasize on invention. ALL IN ALL, Academic, experimental,
analytical and logical skills are required for science. Planning, design, developing, problem solving,
decision making and interpersonal skills are required for technology.

3 The Internet – Infinite Possibilities

Modern technologies affect our lives greatly. Everyone knows that the 21st century
is called The Information Age. The invention of the Internet has totally changed the
world. It is hard to imagine our lives without the Internet nowadays. It has already
entered our ordinary life and the number of users is growing rapidly.
We can`t deny the importance of the Internet. It gives a loads of amenities.
Shopping, searching, booking, reading, travelling and entertainment have become
easier and more accessible than ever. Only clicking a mouse, we can download, read,
watch, relax, study, search, find out and shop. Moreover, we have an opportunity to
keep in touch with relatives and friends on distance. In a few words, in some seconds
we can know the last news from all the corners of the world. With the help of the
Internet we can run the business, work and create own startups and study remotely as
well
All in all, there is no doubt that the Internet is the global source. It is like an infinite
brain. But it also requires to be managed well and only then we will have a balance
between real life and virtual one.

 4 It is worth noting that I use the Internet every day for several hours.
When my screen time reaches a maximum of about 9 hours, I make a
digital detox. There's almost no limit to what you can do online. The
Internet makes it possible to me to quickly find information,
communicate with people around the world, shop from home, listen
to music, watch videos, and much, much more. With billions of
websites online today, there is a lot of information on the Internet.
Search engines make this information easier to find. All you have to
do is type one or more keywords, and the search engine will look for
relevant websites.

Genetic engineering: The manipulation of an organism’s genes. Genetic engineering

is a method of combining techniques of genetics and biotechnology used to separate
and join genetic material, DNA, from one or multiple species of organism and to
introduce the result into an organism to change one or more of its characteristics.
What is genetic engineering?
Genetic engineering, sometimes called genetic modification, is the process of
altering the DNA in an organism’s genome. This may mean changing one base pair,
deleting a whole region of DNA, or introducing an additional copy of a gene. It may
also mean extracting DNA from another organism’s genome and combining it with the
DNA of that individual. Genetic engineering is used by scientists to enhance or modify
the characteristics of an individual organism.

Technology In Our Life Today And How It Has Changed

Over the years, technology has revolutionized our world and daily lives. Additionally, technology
for seniors has created amazing tools and resources, putting useful information at our fingertips.
Modern technology has paved the way for multi-functional devices like the smartwatch and the
smartphone. Computers are increasingly faster, more portable, and higher-powered than ever
before. With all of these revolutions, technology has also made our lives easier, faster, better, and
more fun.

Humanity's interest in the heavens has been universal and enduring. Humans are driven to
explore the unknown, discover new worlds, push the boundaries of our scientific and technical limits,
and then push further. The intangible desire to explore and challenge the boundaries of what we
know and where we have been has provided benefits to our society for centuries.
Human space exploration helps to address fundamental questions about our place in the Universe
and the history of our solar system. Through addressing the challenges related to human space
exploration we expand technology, create new industries, and help to foster a peaceful connection
with other nations. Curiosity and exploration are vital to the human spirit and accepting the
challenge of going deeper into space will invite the citizens of the world today and the generations of
tomorrow to join NASA on this exciting journey.
Already, our ability to put satellites in space is helping us to monitor and combat pressing
problems on Earth, from forest fires and oil spills to the depletion of aquifers that people depend
upon for drinking water

But our burgeoning population, rampant greed and thoughtlessness about environmental
consequences have already done pretty severe damage to our planet. According to a 2012 survey of
research, most scientists estimate that Earth has a carrying capacity of between 8 and 16 billion –
and we already have a population of over 7 billion [source: UNEP]. That's led some futurists to argue
that we should be preparing to colonize another planet, and soon. Your life -- or those of your
descendants -- might depend upon it.
