    The Wetlands Cleaning Company is proud of our reputation for quality and are fully
    committed to the provision of the highest standards of customer services and the need for
    continuous improvement in the provision of our services.

    Through the ongoing development of our people and the implementation of effective systems
    and operational processes we shall ensure that the needs and expectations of our customers,
    suppliers and other interested parties are fully satisfied.

    We shall ensure that this policy is communicated and understood at all levels within our
    organisation and that the resulting Quality Management System including this Policy and
    supporting Quality Objectives will be regularly reviewed to ensure its continuing suitability
    and effectiveness.

    In order to verify our ongoing commitment to quality and continuous improvement we have
    developed, implemented and maintain a Quality Management System to comply with the
    requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
