‫• عنوان الشركة ومعلومات التواصل واالتصال ( هاتف أرضي – فاكس – بريد‬
‫الكتروني )‪..‬‬

‫• تعهد خطي بأن ال يكون محروما من الدخول في المناقصات أو التعاقد مع أي جهة عامة أو‬
‫منظمة دولية أو محجوزا على أمواله حجزا احتياطيا أو حجازا تنفيذيا‪.‬‬
‫• يتم تقديم العروض باللغتين العربية واالنكليزية‪.‬‬

‫على العارض الرابح االلتزام بما يلي ‪:‬‬

‫• على العارض الرابح وضع كافة مكونات السلة المذكورة أعاله مغلفة و معبأة في عبوة‬
‫كرتون أبيض مدعم مقاس ‪ 35*35*35‬سم‪.‬‬
‫• على العارض الرابح تسليم كامل الكمية في مستودعات مؤسسة االغا خان للتنمية الحضرية‬
‫في مدينة سلمية متضمنا ( النقل التحميل التنزيل )‪.‬‬
‫• سوف تقوم المؤسسة بتسليم العارض الرابح نموذج عن شعار المؤسسة و الجهة المانحة و‬
‫ورقة تحتوي على مواد السلة ليقوم بطباعة الملف و إلصاق األوراق على العبوة من‬
‫الخارج‪.‬‬
‫يتم تغليف عبوات الكلور ضمن العبوة الكرتونية بأكياس بالستيك محكمة اإلغالق ‪.‬‬ ‫•‬

• Suppliers have to define the required timeframe to provide the
whole quantity.

The applied bidder should provide:

• A written undertaking from the company that acknowledges it is not

deprived of participating in tenders or contracting any public authority or
international agency. The undertaking should also guarantee that there is

The successful bidder should be committed to:

• Pack the items in a subsidized white cartoon box with size, 35*35*35 CM
• Deliver the whole quantity to AKAH Salmieh Warehouse including the cost
of transportation, loading, and unloading.
• The organization will provide the successful bidder with AKAH’s logo,
donor’s logo, and the content of the kit to be printed and posted on the kit
(from outside).
• The washing chlorine bottles should be packaged in plastic bags before
putting them into the cartoon box.
