Dear Sir,
I am the undersigned advocate on behalf of my above mentioned client and as per my
client instruction I am giving you this following legal notice as follows:

1. That my client is a businessman.

2. That you are an agent who purchased and sold out the second hand vehicle.
3. That you made a proposal to sell a vehicle “being No-WB 53B 0680”(herein
after called as the said vehicle) and my client accepted your proposal and was
willing to buy the said vehicle.
4. That my client paid in cash of RS. 50,000/-(fifty thousand) in advance to you
for the purpose of buying the said vehicle in the presence of some witnesses.
5. That my client-raised a declaration bill and my client and you both put their
signature with date for the above consideration on 29.11.2018.
6. That unfortunately after receiving the advance amount of RS. 50,000/-(fifty
thousand) from my client in advance for willing to sell the said vehicle you
stopped to communicating with my client.
7. That after much effort , my client a few month latter to meet and contacted with
you but unfortunately you denied to sell the said vehicle and while my client is
not a litigious person so that’s why my client just wanted to get back the
advance amount of RS. 50,000/-(fifty thousand)from you ,which was paid by
my client to you for the purpose of buying the said vehicle.
8. That after meet with you ,my client requested you several times through phone
call and by sending personal messenger to you for get back the said amount but
you have always been dilly delaying the same and so far I did not get back any
return even a single rupee from you out of the said amount of RS.50000/-.
9. That you have been miserably failed to make such payment of the said amount
of RS.50000/- to my client with malafide intent, hence you are liable to pay the
said principal amount of of RS. 50,000/- along with interest 2% (as a
compensation) from 29.11.2018 to till now.
10. That thus you are liable to pay around the total amount of RS.50,000+27000
interest(as a compensation)=77000/-(seventy seven thousand) to my above
named client and my above named client is entitled to get back the said amount
from you.

11. That on behalf of my client and as per instruction of my client I am giving you
the direction to do the needful of the above within 30 days from date of receipt
of this notice otherwise my client was no other substitute to take further legal
action in due process of law.

So therefore I requesting you through this legal notice to pay RS.50000/-

to my client along with interest RS.27000/- (in cash or by demand draft or
cheque which ever mode suits you better)within clear 30 days from the date of
receipt of this legal notice ,to avoid further litigation and keep my client ‘s
right, otherwise you will be absolutely liable for the consequence litigation and
I have no option to advice my client to take appropriate legal action against you.
