Abstrak

<b>ABSTRAK</b><br>
Kanker kolorektal merupakan kondisi keganasan pada kolon dan rektum yang dapat menimbulkan masalah
baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan analisis asuhan
keperawatan kolostomi pada pasien dengan kanker kolorektal. Dalam karya ilmiah ini digunakan metode
intervensi sesuai Nursing Intervention Classification dengan melibatkan satu pasien dengan kanker
kolorektal. Hasil analisis dari studi literatur dan intervensi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa stoma
berdampak pada penurunan kualitas hidup pasien. Peran perawat dalam mempersiapkan discharge planning
yang maksimal membantu penerimaan pasien terhadap stoma. Peran perawat sebagai care giver, edukator
dan konselor sangat diperlukan dalam mengatasi masalah fisik dan psikologis pasien dengan kanker
kolorektal.

<b>ABSTRACT</b><br>
Colorectal cancer is malignant condition in colon and rectum that could cause problems in both physically
and psychologically. This study aimed to describe the analysis of colostomy nursing care in patients with
cancer colorectal. This study used intervention methodes based on Nursing Intervention Classification which
evaluated one patient. The result of analysis that based on literature review and intervention indicated stoma
impact on the quality of life of patient. The role of the nurse in preparing discharge planning maximum help
admission to the stoma. The role of the nurse as care giver, educators, counselors are needed to overcome
the physical and psychological problems of patients with cancer colorectal.
