What Went Well?
1. The Delivery Team, Maria Leizel B. Vere and Lea A. Alejandrino, and the Focal Person, Mary Cris S.
Pueblos of Brgy. Payahan arrived the venue, Brgy. Payahan covered court at exactly 7:50 in the morning
through the vehicle, “Timbol” with the destination from Brgy. San Policarpo to Calbayog and vice-versa. The
allotted fare that the team used to pay is PhP 250.00 back and forth.
2. IATF and Managerial Protocols: Mary Cris S. Pueblos who managed in posting the signage of the entrance
and the exit which posted properly to make sure that there will be no plausible contact between parents and
teachers. The team was divided into two: Mary Cris S. Pueblos assigned in disinfection, checking of forms and
attendance sheets and other paper works and Maria Leizel B. Vere and Lea A. Alejandrino who managed in
distribution of new set of learning materials. All parents/guardians have their own ballpen, followed the IATF
protocols: disinfection, wearing of face masks and face shields, maintained one to two meters social
distancing.
3. The parents and the members of the barangay are very supportive during process of retrieval and
distribution.
