The fabric scrap

Sewing is one of those pastimes that lends itself to
scraps… and sometimes those scraps can get out of
control. But there’s no need to throw them away – there
are plenty of inventive ways to use them up by making
things for your home (and for yourself!).

Old t-shirt floor mat

This is the old t-shirt mat, every mother or grand mother knows
that how we use the waist fabric and clothes. the process of the
making these mats is cut the strips of shirt or fabric and knit all
the strips together. You can see the process, These mats are long
lasting and give an interesting look to your home.
Fabric dolls
In old times their are no such toys for playing everyone play
some outdoor and indoor games. So, for this I ask to my
grandmother and she told me about the fabric dolls. That are
basically a normal body structure. And kids are always
playing with those dolls. The game is called "Gudda-Gudiya"
ka khel. And they are also stuffed with waist fabric waste.

reusing little pencils

My grandmother shared with this to me, like
when they are kids they are not replacing these
little pencil stuffs, because it gets hurt in our
hand, and kid hand are so small and soft. So, for
using more they were add little cap or they will
join two pencils with back, so the length of pencil
is little more. it can eassy to write again.
Use of flour barn

My mother once told me about that. before making a dough of wheat we all are stain the flour
and there is some extract separated called flour barn (chokar). So everyone through away, but
there is an idea to use that, take a bowl of water and mix a color in it, then take a barn in your
hands and rub it with color water and after rubbing spread it in the sunlight after 1 or 2hrs it
convert it into colored barn. And it will use in making of Rangoli, also we can use it in our
craft works as well. So this is a good idea for not buying chemical colors for Rangoli.
USE OF NWESPAPERS

Instead of using plastic sheets as a

book cover , we can use newspaper
book covers. So it's reduce the
quantity of using plastic and good for
environment.

use homemade bags

Replace plastic bags to handmade fabric bags. It is

better to use fabric because it doesn't harm our
environment . In old times everyone use "THAILA"
for caring their stuffs.
