Care Village Flyer Draft Revised Bob 3 1
WHAT WILL WE BE DOING? Giving care & support to the children, helping with
homework, participating in activities, sports, board games, card games and computer/technical
training. There will also be a building project as we are planning to renovate the current hall and
dining hall areas, including a chapel for worship. There will be plenty of work to do, whether
you prefer spending time with the children or getting your hands dirty with the building project.
There will be an option for a sightseeing trip to see some of the South African sights for three
days for an additional fee, around $350.
WHO MAY GO? People who want to be a part of something bigger. People who want to grow
their faith, People in good physical health (who can walk up to 1⁄2 a mile at a time and use
stairs), People who want to make a difference in the life of a child. Bring a friend!
WHO IS LEADING? Bob Cindric and Lee Willwerth will be leading the team. Bob is a retired
Saline Schools teacher, the Music Director at First Presbyterian Church and the President of Care
Village Outreach. Lee is president and owner of DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen and the Vice
President of Care Village Outreach.
HOW MUCH? $500 deposit (covers room, board, and side trip) + Trip Insurance + Airfare
(approximately $2,500, which will be paid directly to Delta Airlines). The total trip cost is
estimated to be approximately $2,800 per person, which includes the above-mentioned costs.

INFORMATIONAL MEETING: These meetings will provide all of the information you will
need to know for the trip. Please plan on attending one: Saturday, May 14th at 10a.m. or
Thursday, May 19th at 7p.m. Location: 2420 S. Industrial, Ann Arbor. (DreamMaker Bath &
Kitchen Warehouse).
