In your own words, Elaborate the Roles of a Teacher/Adviser in a New Normal Education.

Teachers are known as a source of knowledge, indeed moreover in a classroom setting but it
happens that in this new normal we may not able to interact with our students in classroom
but instead in a cyber space. Even though, the role of the teacher in this new system would
be more difficult and challenging. Because they need to become facilitator of activities and
task related to the new deped curriculum and also a influencer as we practice to become role
model in online and offline.

Provide (3) Three Do’s and Don’ts while conducting a Virtual Tutorial

DO’s
1. Be a role model and use proper etiquettes in using social media.
2. Always practice professionalism at all times
3. Deliver at the lesson or instruction effectively and efficiently

DON’Ts
1. Don't ignore the quiries of your students, always help and give answer to their questions
2. Don't use it for non related school things
3. Don't forget to always ask questions to the students. Because it is important that we
assess if there is learning.
