Dear Honorable Villar:

I am writing this letter to formally request for the checking and possible repair of the free Wi-
Fi project installed in our school. This was installed last September 2020 by the Department
of Information and Communications in coordination with the Local Government Unit of the
City of Las Piñas installed under the program named Pipol Konek.

The internet connection provided by this project had greatly helped our teachers and students
as they conduct online classes amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. However, the unit stopped
functioning and only poses the status of “Connected without internet” on devices. This led to
limited access of teachers to internet. I greatly appreciate the benefits that the said Wi-Fi
connection have given to the school and the immediate repair of the project will ensure that
teachers and students will continuously reap its benefits.

I am hoping for your positive and immediate response about this matter.
