On October 2021, AGK get inquiry for “Geomembrane Product”, the customer inform already using
Geomembrane for previous project from another supplier, but after AGK team check the Geomembrane get
damage even just using for 3 month only. The customer disappointed with previous supplier.

After site visit, AGK recommend the right Geomembrane with better quality that already meet the
requirement of customer & guarantee of original of product by showing the TDS & ASTM standard.
Customer “Agree” and buy “Geomembrane HDPE” from AGK for new project.

On March 2021, AGK get inquiry for “Geotextile Non-Woven”, the customer inform the previous project
already using another supplier for supply that item with size 250gr. AGK team discuss with the customer for
what application of Non Woven, the customer inform they would using as “Concrete Treatment”.
After meeting, AGK team explain the customer the concept of Concrete Treatment is only need 125 gr – 150
gr which enough to compete with age of concrete it self.
Customer “Agree” and buy “Non Woven LS-150AGK” from AGK for new project.

Ground Improvement, we have 2 alternative method :

1. Pre-Fabricated Vertical Drain

Ground improvement concept with combination of
Geosynthetic & wrapped with impermeable. These
act as drainage paths to take pore water out & make
soil consolidation faster.

2. Vacuum Consolidation
Ground improvement concept which using special
compressor and geosynthetic as the vacuum suction
method. These act as drainage paths to take pore
water out & make soil consolidation faster compare
to PVD method.

Reinforce Earth Structure, we have 2 alternative method :

1. AGK Nature
Is “Green Revolutionary” concept, which can be used
on steep slope area that can be integrated with
natural vegetation & as the part of erosion control.
Can applicated on 45 – 90 degree.

2. Gabions
Is part of concept for erosion control that combination
between stone & steel wire mesh as the facing of
slope.
Can applicated on 45 – 90 degree.

04. Reference of Customer
Balangan Coal - ADARO

The soil condition at the disposal foot has a very poor consistency, which is very soft soil clay &
not possible even to step in especially on rainy season.

However, the customer request disposal foot can withstand the load, and AGK giving option the
stability at the disposal foot must be increased so that the carrying capacity of the soil in the
disposal area will be able to last long enough. AGK offering the PVD + Vacuum method for make
faster consolidation & using Geosynthetic product for increase the disposal.
And now “ADARO” already have site project on Balangan South Kalimantan.
Toll Karawang Pamanukan – Brantas Abipraya

The soil condition at the disposal foot has poor consistency and classified as soft clay with an
estimated shear strength of the soil only in the range.
However, the customer request disposal foot can withstand the load, and AGK giving option the
stability at the disposal foot must be increased so that the carrying capacity of the soil in the
disposal area will be able to last long enough.
And now the "Karawang Pamanukan Toll" project can be crossed by various vehicles on it & has
become one of the supporting toll roads between West Java - Central Java since 2020.
Longsoran Nusa Tenggara Timur - WIKA

Unstable soil conditions and frequent occurrence of earthquakes in the East Nusa Tenggara
(NTT) area make reinforcement needed, especially in sloped areas. According to information,
reinforcement is needed for slopes & one of them is using "Geosynthetic" material to increase
reinforcement and stability in the slope area.
AGK giving option to using Geotextile Woven PET 100-50 with erosion control phase 2.
And now the project is handle by PT. Wijaya Karya Infrastruktur 2 (Operations Department 7) –
Natural Disaster Emergency Response Project in East Nusa Tenggara with supervision AGK.
(Sept – 2021).
Hydro Seeding – Agrabudi Jakon

In 2009 there was a project "Erosion Control - Rock Fall Protection - Revegetation" Krapyak
Semarang - Central Java Toll Road. The land in this area wants to make a vegetation system so
that it can grow & we offering the method "AGK-Nature" system.
Until now, the project has been completed and has lasted until now, and is currently one of the
reference projects to be developed into a hydro seeding slope system in Indonesia.
 Bendungan Sukamahi – WIKA Kso BRP

In 2017 there was a dam construction project in the Sukamahi area, where in the project it was
known that the contours of the soil were very soft & needed stabilization, especially for
sloped areas to prevent erosion. AGK offering the method "AGK-Nature" system which can
make a vegetation system.
Until now, the project has been completed and has lasted until now, and is currently one of
the reference projects to be developed into a hydro seeding slope system in Indonesia.
