1 Reinforcement Work

A. Cutting & Bending


a) At each Cutting & Bending machine there should not be more than
four persons.
b) Materials can be shifted by Hydra and not more than two persons will
be engaged for the same.
c) There should be sufficient distance from one cutting & bending yard
to other.
d) Tower crane to be used to shift the materials at location and not more
than four people will be deployed for the same.
B. Fixing
a) Four persons can be allowed at every 10sqm. area.
b) After fixing of bottom reinforcement of slab one day to be given for
electrical and plumbing work. During plumbing and electrical work
no other labour will be allowed to work around 20Sqm area.
2 Shuttering Work
A. Alu-form
a) During deshuttering time, there should be only two persons in 10 sqm.
area.
b) On Materials shifting through cut out, there should be only two persons
in each cut-out.
c) During shuttering time, two carpenters with two helpers can be
allowed to work at 10 sqm area.
d) Supply of materials can be done by four helpers for entire floor of 600
Sqm area, With proper distancing
e) In case of terrace floor deshuttering same manpower to be deployed
as mentioned above and the materials will be lowered down by
Tower crane and four people can be deployed for the same.

f) During wall shuttering after giving front to electrical and plumbing 4 Heads allowed in
work only two persons from shuttering side can be allowed along with
10 Sqm Area.
MEP team consisting of 4 persons for 40 sqm. area.
B. Conventional
a) One carpenter and two helpers can be deployed as a gang for
Board making and around 20 sqm. area to be provided. For each
gang above system to be followed.
b) For staging work four persons can be deployed in 20 sqm area.
c) For shuttering and deshuttering same procedure to be followed as
mentioned in MIVAN shuttering.
3 Concreting Work
a) Proper pour sequence to be made and following things to be
maintained-
i) At pouring location there should not be more than seven persons. (2
masons for compaction and level, 3 labour for levelling, 2 labour for
controlling hose/pipeline.) in 20 sqm area.
ii) Two masons and two helpers should be deployed the area after
moving out of the concrete pouring gang as mentioned in 3(i) for at
least 10 Sqm area to finish the activity.
iii) While concreting Only four persons will be deployed for Compaction
activity for entire area.
iv) Three nos. of Khalasi for pipeline should be there at pouring location
but at significant distance from seven persons as mentioned in point
number- 3(i). When the change of pipeline required it should be
arranged in such a way so that in every 10 sqm. there should not be
more than four persons.
v) In each Transit Mixer there should be one driver and one helper with
proper PPE. The driver and helper should be firstly tested through heat
scanner.
4 Excavation Work
A. With Machinery
i) One operator, one helper and two labours can be deployed to
confirm level and supervise the work.
ii) After completion of mechanical excavation, labours can be
deployed for dressing with the restriction of four labour for 10 sqm.
area.

B. Manual Excavation 10Sqm Area
i) There should not be deployed more than 4 persons in every 10 sqm.
area.
ii) In case of isolated footing three persons can be deployed for each
footing (one for excavation and two for shifting of excavated earth)
but keeping sufficient distance between two shifting persons.
5 Electrical Works

i) Electrical Conduiting work on Alu-form (Wall) can only be started


after completion of Minimum 20 Sq.m of area Shuttering Work.

ii) Only two persons from shuttering side can be engaged along
with four electrical persons for every 20 sqm. area.
iii) At Slab Area, not more than 6 persons to be engaged on Conduit
Works for every 20 Sq.m.
iv) For Internal Wire-Pulling Activity, not more than 6 persons to be
engaged on each flat unit.
v) At Common area, only four persons should be allowed on every
10 Sq.m.
vi) For supplying of materials four person can be deployed for each
floor.
6 Plumbing Works

i) Plumbing pipe/ sleeve work on Alu-form (Wall)can only be started


after completion of Minimum 20 Sq.m area of Shuttering Work, and
then work should be staggered with electrical activity.

ii) Only two persons from shuttering side can be engaged along with
Plumbing team of 4 persons for every 20 sqm. area.
iii) At Slab Area, not more than 6 persons to be engaged on Conduit
Works for every 20 Sq.m.
iv) For Internal plumbing Activity, not more than 6 persons to be
engaged on each flat unit.
v) At Common area, only four persons should be allowed on every 10
Sq.m.
vi) For supplying of materials four person can be deployed for each
floor (Area-600Sqm).
vii) During Plumbing work no other person will be allwoed for separate
activity.
7 Tile/Granite Work

i) For Tile/Granite work two mason and two labour can be engaged
per flat unit including mixing of mortar.

ii) For material shifting of entire floor, only two persons will be Helper per Flat unit.

iii) During Tile/Granite work, no other person should be allowed in that
flat/area.
8 Waterproofing work

i) For Waterproofing work Four heads can be engaged per flat unit
including mixing of mortar.

ii) For material shifting of entire floor, only two persons will be unit.

iii) During waterproofing work, no other person should be allowed in
that flat/area.
9 Aluminium Work

i) For Aluminium work Four heads can be engaged per flat unit.

ii) For material shifting of entire floor, only two persons can be unit.

iii) During aluminium work, no other person should be allowed in that
flat/area.
10 Wooden Door Shutter Fixing

i) For Wooden Door Shutter, Four heads can be engaged per flat unit.

ii) For material shifting of entire floor, only two persons can be unit.

iii) During the work, no other person should be allowed in that
flat/area.
11 Putty & Painting work

i) For Putty & Painting Work, Four heads can be engaged per flat unit.
Four person per Flat
ii) For material shifting for entire floor only two persons can be unit.

iii) During the work, no other person should be allowed in that
flat/area.
