NOTICE
The students of UG-2 Semester are directed to register for Even semester, Session 2021-22
through online mode only as per schedule given below.
02 April(Sat.)- 04April (Mon),2022 Resistration for Even Semester, 2021-22 Only for UG-
Semester
Please Note: You will be able to download/view/print the registration details only after making
successful payment offees and fee details will be updated 48 hours ofter makingfee pavment.
o Registration will be valid ond soved in the portal only for those students who will
successfully sqve popers and make the fee poyment, failing which it witt not be volid i.e
student will n9t be able to appear in examinotion and no request will be entertained at o
later stage.

After Successful disbursal of loan, student needs to get UTR number & loan sanction letter
from bank and login on chanakya portal.
Select mode of payment as "Bank Loan" and fill necessary details of transaction like Loan
sanction number. loan sanctioning bank, branch name, UTR number, date of payment, loan
amount etc.
Student needs to upload Loan sanction letter and transaction receipt on the link given on
the chanakya portal.
Those students who have applied for loan from DRCC under Bihar Credit Card Scheme for the
Even semester 2021-22:
o lf his / her loan transferred from DRCC to NIT Patna on or before O4th April'2022 then the
candidate needs to send a request along with supporting document of loan transferred
amount to the Assistant Registrar (Academic) through mail at ar.acad@nitp.ac.in on or
before 08th April'2022 as per SOP available at lnstitute Website.
!n case loan is not transferred from DRCC to NIT Patna up to 04th April' 2022 then the
candidate has to deposit the required fee and complete the registration as per schedule.
However, the candidate can submit a request for refund of DRCC loan amount if his /^her
loan transferred to NIT Patna by DRCC as per SOP available at lnstitute Website.

(Please note: Registration will be provisional subject to confirmation of fee amount received in the
lnstitute Fee Account from DRCC.
General Instructions:
HoDs are requested to verify the poyment ond course(s) opted by the students through
faculty
advisors before signing the registrotion form. They should collect oll registrotion copies
from the
students and Deon's copy should be sent to Academic Section after completion oI registration
olong with covering letter ond tist of registered students. one copy (Department,s copy) should
be
retoined with the department and student's copy shoutd be handed over to the student when
they
report physicolly in the department.
