That day, the defendant blackmailed the plaintiff into raping his sister because she
didn't want to be in a relationship with him. During this time Smith called the police,

defendant's blackmail . Also we have surveillance camera footage showing that Mr.
Korss used physical force just to get the defendant down so he wouldn't run away.
