AFFIDAVIT OF HEIR TRANSFEREE

I, FREMONE S. CABALLER, of legal age, Filipino, widower, with residence and

postal address at San Jose Extension, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby dispose and say;

1. That I am the transferee of a parcel of land known as Lot no. 4500-A,

covered by TCT No. 16757 which parcel of land is situated in
Bajumpandan, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental;

2. That I inherited the said parcel of land with an area of TWO THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY (2,840) square meters, more or less from my late
mother, FREDESWINDA S. CABALLERO through a Declaration of Sole Heirship
with Deed of Absolute Sale, docketed as Doc. No. 514; Page No.104; Book
No. V; Series of 2022; of the Notarial Register of Notary Public Atty. Louie A.
Rastica dated January 17, 2022;

3. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with DAR Administrative Order

No. 1, Series of 1989 as well as to show proof that the land subject of the
above-mentioned transaction inclusive of our total landholdings does not
exceed five (5) hectares.

4. That the subject lot is not tenanted and there is no pending case before the
regular courts or any other tribunal involving the subject land.
