Dear <<Business Manager>>,

I am the president of the <<Club Name>> at my school. I am hereby
soliciting funding for our club. We are a newly established club and are
eager to have several events to entertain our club members. Our club
has a membership of <<members’ amount>>. We were thinking a
sponsorship of <<club sponsor>> per member should be able to have
our club function relatively well for the first semester. We are hoping
we can continue developing a relationship whereby this could be a
semester sponsorship done by you all.

Yours Truly,

<<Club President>>
