High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Product Automated Packing Plant

As a Part of Mechanical engineer in Maintenance department
• I was looking after all responsibilities of a section in charge of packing plant maintenance work
like Day to day maintenance planning, shutdown and break down maintenance work, material
planning, manpower handling etc.
• I was involved in all stages from planning to commissioning of new HAVER & BOCKER ROTO
PACKER in our plant and also made it successful project to improve dispatch of cement.
• I have experience of equipment wise maintenance budgeting.
• I have also experience of maintenance of all cement manufacturing equipments like, crushers,
stacker-reclaimers, vertical roller mill, rotary kiln, pre-heaters, roller presses, horizontal ball mills
etc.
• I have also maintenance experience of material conveying equipments like belt conveyors, bucket
elevators, pneumatic air slides, dense phase system etc.
• I was also a part of “GREEEN–CLEAN PACKING PLANT” a safety initiative of our company
management as a section in charge of mechanical maintenance and my responsibilities are

❖ “Clean, Green & Safe Packing Plant” at Ambuja Cements Limited as a Mechanical Engineer.
❖ Sucessfully commissioned of 12RCC ROTO PACKER of HAVER & BOCKER make at Ambuja
cements limited in 2014.
❖ Successful overhauling & all bearings replacements of extruder(LCM500H) mixer gearbox
(Made-ISHIBASHI,JAPAN) with OEM engineer .
❖ I recognized as a Packing –Plant “Section – In charge” from mechanical side in our new
Organization structure of year 2015
