Essay:
1. What are the benefits of quality physical fitness and conditioning routine?
 Exercise enhances one’s appearance, increases strength and reduces the risk of
heart disease. It helps reduce the cholesterol levels. Exercise increases the
efficiency of the human body organs including the lungs and heart. It also
controls diabetes by increasing insulin efficiency. Regular exercise and physical
activity promotes strong muscles and bones. It improves respiratory,
cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you
maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease,
and reduce your risk for some cancers.

2. Why is it important to be physically fit?


 Being fit can improve your cardiovascular health, especially your heart and lungs.
By keeping those two things healthy you can reduce the risk of certain health
problems. Also your longevity of life is increased because all of your organs are
healthier and you are healthier as a result. It is important to be physically fit
because it needed by an individual to do everyday task without a feeling of
exhaustion or fatigue and still has enough energy to perform extra activities of
his own choice. The greater physically fit you are,the better performance you can
execute.

3. How can you become more physically fit?


 Exercise Daily.
 Exercise daily for at least an hour.
 Eat the Right Foods and Portion Each Meal. No matter how bad your stomach is
telling you to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets.
 Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day.
 Be Sure to Get Enough Sleep.
 Stay Motivated.

4. What are the advantages of being more active?


If you are regularly physically active, you may:
 Reduce your risk of a heart attack
 Manage your weight better
 Have a lower blood cholesterol level
 Lower the risk of type 2 diabetes and some cancers
 Have lower blood pressure
 Have stronger bones, muscles and joints and lower risk of developing
osteoporosis
 Lower your risk of falls
 Recover better from periods of hospitalization or bed rest
 Feel better – with more energy, a better mood, feel more relaxed and sleep
better.
