Instructions:

o Research on food safety issues in your area (it can be in your province, municipality or barangay);
o Identify and discuss briefly each element of a food safety program that is present or applied to
minimize or eliminate the issues at hand; and
o Recommend other means that might have been taken into action aside from the ones made.
