RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE __________ FOR THE ALLOCATION

OF FUND FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT -
CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD AT THIS BARANGAY

WHEREAS, this Barangay desires to implement the above-entitled project which

is one of the priority projects;

WHEREAS, said project is one of the priority projects of this barangay, however it
cannot be realized due to insufficient funds;

WHEREAS, as there is no appropriation for this project, the Sangguniang

Barangay resolved of seeking assistance of __________________;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of all, duly seconded, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in

session, TO RESPECFULLY REQUEST THE ______________ FOR THE
ALLOCATION OF FUND FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT
- CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD AT THIS BARANGAY

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all

concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
