Findings:
Different People react differently Hand holding and coaching /monitoring can be initiated.
Majority of training require personalized approach. Different learning styles by KOBL can
be taken into consideration
Conclusion:
The face to face training method is found most effective, class room learning component.
Evaluation can be calculated from trainer’s feedback and training material relevance.
Limitation of Study:
There are always roadblocks to achieving what you were set out to do. When being
aware of possible limitations along the way, it can help you minimize problems that
may delay or constrain your ability to achieve your project’s outcome.
