Meraki, the 

annual cultural fest of SVKM’s NMIMS School of Law, Mumbai is back


again and with even greater zeal and enthusiasm. An international level three-day cultural
fest, Meraki celebrates the spirit of music, dance, literature, art, photography in the inter-
collegiate sphere. Meraki, symbolizing the heart of the festival, stands for something so
passionate so as to leave a piece of your souls.

Meraki gains attention of thousands of young individuals (aged between 16 to 25 years).


With 50+ universities participating from all across India as well as getting international
participants and an enormous floating crowd and exposure, Meraki attracts an annual footfall
of over 10,000+ youngsters. Our social media impressions are more than 2,40,000 and more
than 11,000 profiles have visited our page in the last few months.We also have foreign
accounts frequently visiting our page and recently were featured in ZEE5’s official account.It
was not possible to host Meraki off-line last year as a result of the Pandemic but that didn't
dissuade us from holding the fest. We managed to pull off a successful fest virtually with a
participation of around 1000 people including international participants.

Meraki’s Instagram handle boasts of support from well-known personalities such as


Ayushmann Khuranna, Anu Malik, Vindu Dara Singh, Anurag Basu, Aditya
Thackeray, Aayush Sharma, Aamir Ali, Shahid Mallya, Naresh Iyer, HamsikaIyer
among others. In the past, we have hosted judges like Ms. Mamta Sharma, Ms. Shivshakti
Sachdev, Mr. Paritosh Tripathi , Ms. Yashita Sharma, Ms. Sheetal Pery, Mr.
SanamJoharamong others and had artists like Anuv Jain, Nishant Suri, Aakash Gupta
and Rahul Subramanium perform at Meraki. We had hosted the sensational, Kartik
Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan for the promotion of their movie 'Love AajKal 2'. In support
of the migrant workers in Mumbai, we united with Annapurna Movement and raised a
respectable sum of Rs. 50,000. We had collaborated with Sunburn and AnuvJain for a live
event which got a viewership of 800+. We had collaborated with Aamir Ali on the release of
his song ‘Tanha Hoon' and got a viewership of over 30,000+ per day on the promotional
reels we posted on our page.

Firstly, we would like to extend a hearty congratulation to you for your upcoming show
‘Girgit’ starring the extremely talented Nakul Sahdev, Taniya Kalrra, Trupti Khamkar,
Ashmita Jaggi and Samar Vermani.

Essentially, what we are proposing is a collaboration for the promotion of ‘Girgit’ with
Meraki. The promotion will be conducted on a virtual platform. We believe that this
collaboration will do wonders for both you and Meraki and will garner a lot of attention of
the youth in numbers.

Deliverables from the side of Meraki:

Pre-Event Plan:
 We would post the posters of the web series on all our social media handles-
Instagramand Twitter.
 We would post a teaser for the web series on our Instagram reel.
 We would start a twitter hashtag campaign to promote the web series.
 We would post the celeb bytes of the star cast of the web series on our social media
handles.
 Conduct an interactive Instagram live with the star cast of the series.
 We would post the entire interaction with the star cast that would take place via Instagram
live on our YouTube Channel (impressions stand at 297,760 and a watch time of 871
hours.)

Event Plan
 Our entire core team of 250 students will repost all our promotional posts on their
stories and take part in the twitter hashtag campaign.
 Watch the web series and write a review on our Instagram story and twitter.

 Every update about the movie will be promoted on our social media.
 Use songs from the web series on our Instagram story and reels.

Deliverables to Meraki:
 Celeb bytes from the star cast.
 The Star cast to interact with the students via an Instagram live session.

A collaboration with Meraki will lead to an extensive viewership, because if 1500 students
view the post, it would certainly reach an additional 45,000 – 50,000 viewers through
Instagram analytics and re-sharing and will garner attention of people not only from Mumbai
but various other States since 80% of our students are not residents of Mumbai. We have
more than 2,00,000 social media impressions and around 11,000profiles have visited our
page in the few months. Our twitter has 25816 impressions and 1768 engagements per tweet.
Our YouTube handle has impressions to a figure of 297, 760 and a watch time of 871 hours.

We wouldbe glad if we had an opportunity to discuss the same since the aforementioned is
simply a basic outline. We are also open to negotiating other deliverables too from your
side.The date and time the promotion is to be conducted is up to your discretion. Kindly
