Objective

Productivity is highly measured in the private firm to know the employee's engagement and
motivation to work.
But when it comes to government employees, it is impossible to have a quantitative measurement of
productivity—the work of govt. Employees are more like a service where day to day work is planned
as per the need. Productivity of a govt. an employee is known as the satisfaction of the work, services,
daily tasks and paperwork, grievances, and zone development
In this project we will conduct various surveys and do the finding to know the motivational cap in
employees.
As many factors can lead to low productivity, to know the actual factor and develop a proper
engagement plan to boost the employee's motivations.
We will be looking into every aspect of the factor, from fixed pay scale, promotion to the moral and
work culture created by their seniors in the office.
We will use different motivation theory tools of OB to valuate the factors and work on the results to
provide a better solution.
