OPEN TO ALL - no age limit.
No Registration Fee; Pre-registration is not required.

A. Painting - Representational - 3x4 feet (any orientation) P 50,000.00

C. Sculpture At least 12 inches excluding base; P 50,000.00

Medium & Style for all 3 categories: OPEN style, any media - mixed media entries are allowed
*All paintings must be ready to hang: Works on canvas must be gallery-wrapped (2 inches thickness) or framed.
Watercolor works must be glass-framed.
**In addition to the winning entries, the following are the prizes for
Special Awards:
Governor's Choice: PhP 40,000.00 (only 1 from the 3 categories)
Vice Governor’s Choice: P25,000 (only 1 from the 3 categories)
10 Juror’s Choices: P 25,000.00
● All winners will also receive a trophy and certificate from the Provincial Government of Tarlac
● All winning entries will be the property of the Provincial Government of Tarlac
● All winning entries shall be part of a special exhibit at the Diwa ng Tarlac

Participating artists may submit a maximum of one (1) entry per category, or a maximum of three (3) entries if
submitting for all three categories.

Important Dates:

1. Online Submission Deadline: On or before Feb. 1, 2022 to tarlacart@gmail.com

2. Announcement of Shortlisted Applicants: Feb. 8, 2022
3. Shortlisted Applicants Submission Deadline: Feb. 28, 2022 - Only shortlisted applicants need to physically
submit their entries by this time.
4. Awarding details (tentative): Diwa ng Tarlac on March 7, 2022.
