Dear Sir:

It has been my dream to work in the government for the reason that working in the government can
provide me a stable and permanent job. As I have observed, most of the government employees have
descent and comfortable life. Although, it is a shallow reason but it motivated me to pursue my
studies. Now that I become a young professional and a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), I have
come to realize that being in the government should require genuine purpose in life which is to serve.
Besides, it is taxpayer’s money that at stake.

With the above premise, I would like to signify my intention to apply to the position as Teacher 1 in
the Division of General Santos City. I may only ask for consideration on some pertinent documents to
be submitted which will be delayed due to some circumstances.

1. National Government Certification of LET Rating which may come on March 5, 2020
2. Voters Certification which will be released 3-4 months
3. NBI clearance which may be released in March 2, 2021
4. General Weighted Average may be release in March 8, 2021

Attached of the following is the photocopy of the receipts of each of the documents.
Last February 2020, I already took the EPT Exam for your consideration.
