Ingredients
150 gms dark baking chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup of sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup maida/flour
1/4 tsp salt
Steps to make
0. First, boil the water in a container and place
a glass bowl above it
1. Add chocolate and unsalted butter and mix
it well
2. keep mixing until everything is dissolved
and no lumps were formed
3. keep it separately, add sugar and mix it well
4. now add cocoa powder, vanilla essence and
again mix it
5. add yogurt and mix it well
6. now place a sifter above the bowl and add
flour and salt and sift it
7. now again mix it well and transfer it to a
square baking tray
8. tap the tray to remove air bubbles
9. now bake it at 180°C/356°F for 25-30
minutes
10. let it cool
11. now cut it in equal sizes
12. your fudgy brownie is ready.
Points to remember
Do not add baking soda or baking powder it will
make the brownie-like cake
The fat content in the brownie should not be
less you can replace the butter by oil or half oil
or half butter
Before baking it make sure that there are no air
bubble
After it is baked always allow it to cool
completely or else it will come out sticky
