On seeing Shaze, one is instantly taken into an innovation driven space and that is truly the brand’s USP.

Understanding Shaze is probably not everyone’s cup of tea, you definitely need a creative mind and a
strong attitude to take yourself and the brand further. I firmly believe that I come with that thought
process and mind. Shaze makes sure that it changes the basis of the product and makes it unique, like an
art piece. Who could ever imagine that a simple decanter could look that different and distinct that it
stands out wherever it is placed. Shaze mixes utility and luxury perfectly to form the most distinct and
beautiful art piece. I use the word art solely because of how distinct and creative each piece looks.

Coming to the USP

One word sums up the whole point and that is none other than, “Innovation”. To blend innovation,
creativity and luxury is probably only possible by a select few and Shaze justifies that in every product
that is created.

If understood correctly Shaze’s target audience though niche but is truly expanding. It’s primary
audience consists of people who are willing to pay the price for creativity and luxury. I agree that it isn’t
something that everyone chooses because of various factors but then no one would ever buy a
Mercedes or a BMW right?

I have always wished to experiment and experience new things on a daily basis and most importantly
learn new things from others, with that attitude I wish to join Shaze. The brand being a luxury one
demands credibility and responsibility from its employees which is something I am sure I stand firmly by.
I have always had a knack for being open and voicing my opinions at the right time and place. I bring
with myself a strong can do attitude along with strong communication skills. Most importantly I come
with a fresh slate ready to learn and become better at whatever I do. I also wish to not only advance
further in my own career but also make sure that the organization advances. With this and a creative
mind I hope I can be a part of Shaze.

In the last interview I was asked how would you convince Redbull to be a part of your fest. Footfall and
recognition though important would not significantly help the brand, I’d create an event specifically
around them where Redbull would be the focus, it could be related to anything where the participants
could probably give inputs about the brand, what it should change or shouldn’t change and whoever has
given the best answer which is approved by the brand their suggestion can be implemented. This serves
two purposes. One the brand will understand it’s target audience i.e. The youth in a better format and
second they can implement the changes to get a larger audience under them and hence generate higher
sales.

Taking this thought further I have an idea too.

Shaze could partner with top design schools and announce a design competition where a participants
are asked to create a new product which hasn’t been created ever, and the winning design can be
actually implemented.
