1. Подготвила съм списък от 9 адаптирани книжки на английски във формат pdf, някои които са
придружени от аудио файлове.
2. Трябва да изберете минимум две от книжките /минимум 80 страници общо/, които да прочетете
задълбочено, с помощта на речник. Добре е, докато четете книжките, да слушате и аудио
файловете (ако към книжката има такива), за да свикнете с произношението на по-сложните
думи и добрата интонация.
3. Докато четете, водете си тетрадка-речник (тетрадка от около 20л.), в която с помощта на
английско-български речник си записвайте значенията на непознатите думи, като отбелязвате
номера на страницата, където сте ги срещнали.
4. В началото на учебната 2019-2020 година, ще има кратко препитване на тетрадката-речник, която
сте съставили, превод на произволен текст от книгите, които сте прочели, както и писмена задача
върху прочетените книги.
5. Няма да се разсърдя много, ако решите да прочетете всички книжки и по средата на лятото ме
потърсите, за да помолите за още…

Summer assignment– Interactive 3  4

1. I have prepared a list of 9 abridged and adapted English readers in pdf files, some of which are
accompanied by audio recordings.
2. You will have to choose at least 2 of the booklets (a minimum of at least 80 pages in total), which you
will need to read carefully during the summer. While you are reading you should also listen to the audio
files (if the booklet contains such) so that you could get used to the pronunciation of the more
complicated words as well as the appropriate intonation.
3. While reading, take notes in a vocabulary notebook (a regular 20-page notebook should be enough).
Using an English-Bulgarian dictionary, look up and write down the meanings of the unknown words
together with the page number you found them on.
4. At the start of next school year I’ll collect your vocabulary notebooks and briefly test you on the books’
storylines, the new words, ask you to read an extract from the text as well as translate it. There will also
be a writing task connected with the books you read.
