The Sub Lessee named above, applied to the Developers/Lessce for allotment of a flat/Dwelling unit and the Developers/Lessce allotted a Flat/Dwelling ‘unit bearing No. 1223 on Floor 12* Tower No. Al, admeasuring approximated 598 Sq. ft ( 58.55 Sq.
