INTERNATIONAL LIFE SUPPORT

PRIMARY SURVEY
- Scene Size Up: Hazard, PPE, Number of Patient, team back up, MOI

- Initial Assesment: Sex, Weight, Skin color, Position, Movement, Obvious Injury

- LOC: AVPU (pegang leher pasien, lalu lakukan modi ed jaw trust)

- Airway: gurgling go sucction, snoring pasang OPA, pasang intubasi bila perlu

- Breathing: NRM (8-30) BVM (<8 >30) diberi 15L/min

- Circulation: cek nadi karotis&radialis

- Rapid Trauma Survey : Head to Toe


1. Head: Major Facial Injury, Battle Sign, Racoon eyes, Rinorea & otorea
pupils

2. Neck: JVD, Trachea midline, Subkutis em sema, PASANG COLLAR
NECK

3. Thorax: inspection, palpation, auskultation (lung & heart) percution

4. Abdomen: inspection: eviceration?, distension? Palpation: Tenderness?

5. Pelvic: inspection, palpation: suprapubic then closebook. Pasang pelvic
splint dan scope strecher

6. Lower & upper Extremity: TIC + PMS

7. Log roll and then look posterior

- Go to Ambulance

- SAMPLE

- VItal Sign then infuse iv 500ml, blood glucose, spo2, cardiac monitor

- GCS

- Call Hospital : patient history, estimate arrival time, what u need and whats your
act has been taken

- ON GOING SURVEY
• LOC: repeat airway, breathing, circulation + check Pupils

• GCS

• Physical examination from head to abdomen

• Another injury

• Remonitoring every 5min if not stable every 15 min if stable, improve or non
improve, critical or critical

SAMBIL MENUNGGU KITA LAKUKAN SECONDARY SURVEY

- LOC

- Airway, Breathing, Circulation

- Periksa secara mendalam Head to Toe
