A. Vicariate Pastoral Council Composition were as follows:
Vicar forane: Fr. Ferdinand Mangulabnan

Vicar Secretary: Sis. Donna Marie Bautista (SRA)

B. Vicariate Monthly Dues:

Starting January, the agreed amount for monthly due was Php. 1000.00 per month per Parish. To be remitted to
the Vicar. Treasurer every meeting thru cash or GCash.

C. Vicariate Youth Monthly Fund/Dues:

Collection for the Vicariate Youth funds will resume in January 2022. For January Php. 2ooo (retro) + Php. 500
= Php. 2500 will be given by each parish (except Sta. Cruz Parish) then concluding months will be Php. 500/month.

D. Spiritual Directorship. Positions for Spiritual directorship will remain, they were as follows:
Fr. Steve – Apostolado, Charismatic, LOC
Fr. Gabby – Catechist, Lectors and Commentators
Fr. Emil - Family and Life, Legion of Mary
Fr. Melo - Greeters and Collectors, Music Ministry, CWL
Fr. Joseph - EMDC and ANF
Fr. Ferdie – Youth, KBS, COMI

E. Meeting Schedules:
Meeting w/ Archdiocese: every 2nd Tuesday
Meeting w/ Vicariate Priest: every 2nd Thursday
Meeting w/ Vicariate Council: every 2nd Friday

F. Synod on Synodality :
1. Training of our Synodal team was held January 22, 2022, via zoom.
2. For the latest update, most of the Parishes started commissioning, announcing, identifying the sectors
to be involved and scheduling.
3. Material to be used are available at RCASF links. Consent form can be translated in Kapampangan.
4. Please be guided with the timeline given. Every step of the Synod process must be documented. Make
sure to secure 2 copies (Parish copy and Vicariate Copy).
5. Vicariate Synod Team Messenger Group c/o Bro. Rhon Jimenez (Head, Facilitator, Documenter).

G. Circle of Discernment Participation.

Vicariate and Parish Coordinators had a zoom meeting last January 19 and on 26 @6pm. List of participants were
presented. Fr. Emil Dizon was appointed as our Priest Coordinator. PPCRV is asking for one representative from
Municipal Parish/Coordinator which is still to be appointed and submitted.

H. Biblical Apostolate
Parish priest will appoint a Parish Biblical Apostolate Coordinator. Please submit their names in the Group Chat
on or before January 30, 2022. From the list, Vicar forane will appoint Vicariate Biblical Apostolate Coordinator.

I. Update on Service Ministry: Donations for typhoon Odette victims are still accepted for continuous
restoration.
J. Vicarial Celebration
1. Cruzada will be hosted by Vicariate of San Agustin of Hippo (coincide with the 450 th Anniversary of
San Agustin Parish)
2. Vigilia de Espigas will be hosted by Sta. Cruz Parish on the last Friday of May, 2022.

K. Archdiocese Financial System

Arch dioses introduce or recommend a new system (salary system) which is still subject to review. For interested
Parishes, schedule will be made for orientation about PIMS (Parish Information Management System. PIMS is the current
financial system used in San Rafael Parish.

change and so please wait for confirmation. For emergency meeting/s, it will be held virtually thru Zoom.
