I joined Regrob on 27th Feb 2017 for this Summer Internship.

My reporting office
is situated on #31, 3RD Floor, United Arcade Complex, Attapur, Hyerabad-500048.
I report to the senior Manager of the Hyderabad Branch, Mr. Kawaaljeet Singh.
The Strategic Business Unit, under the widely diversified Real estate industry
umbrella of REGROB that I am working for, is all about buying and selling of
emotions in a tangible way.

In this report I am going to explain about the experience in the company for the
period of 45 days, in these 45 days my role mainly was “collecting inventories”,
“converting them into digital format”, “B2B sales” and “handling customers”.
Also, I had to understand the company and its product in order to convince
customer as well as interested franchise buyer in the franchise exhibition show at
Hyderabad.

The first phase is the data collection phase. This phase can be further sub-divided
into two phases. The first of the two sub-phases is visiting the various markets
and collecting data on:
a. Commercial purpose
b. Residential purpose
Basically, we assigned with the location to explore if there any space of
commercial or residential are available. Then converting that date into digital
format and send that to authorized people
Next phase was about content writing which was done in between especially I did
get very less chance to write though I showed my interest more in field work to
them.
The essential part of my work is builder tie-ups and handling customer.

This date I have completed the first phase and second phase and continuing
with the third and more critical phase that I builders tie up.
