OBJECTIVES/ GUIDELINES/ AGREEMENT: INTERNSHIP SYNOPSIS (THIS WILL BE PREPARED IN


CONSULTATION WITH FACULTY MENTOR)

An internship is a unique learning experience that integrates studies with practical work. This agreement is
written by the student in consultation with the faculty Mentor and Industrial supervisor. It shall serve to
clarify the educational purpose of the internship and to ensure an understanding of the total learning
experience among the principal parties involved.

Learning Activities: The internship involved making use of Jupyter Notebook Tool to help in
gaining business requirements and to model the data as per requirement.

On the job : The internship gave me an opportunity to explore the dynamics of data analysis for
businesses by making a project.

Teaching/Mentoring Activities: Our curriculum had Data Mining and Business Intelligence in
semester 6 which gave us a base and insight regarding the same. It made us comfortable
with its basic and this internship was a great opportunity to put those skills into application

Off the job: We had to report to our supervisor regarding whatever work had been done by us at
the end of the day. We had reviews with our supervisors to ensure all the work was on track and
been done at the right time. We as analysts discussed with each other as well as our supervisors
for valuable insights.
Part III: The Internship
Job Description: The internship involved making use of Python Tool to help in gaining business
requirements and to model the data as per requirement.

Supervision: : Our supervisor briefed us initially about the workflow and the project that had to be
made. He used to give us valuable suggestions and also helped us whenever we used to get stuck on
anything.

Evaluation: The evaluation will be evaluated by the faculty mentor Dr. Aditya Desai on 10 th
February,2022.

Part IV: Agreement

This contract may be terminated or amended by student, faculty coordinator or work supervisor at
any time upon written notice, which is received and agreed to by the other two parties.
