CEIPAL is thrilled to announce that we have partnered with LinkedIn to give you an
amazing experience by combining platforms! With the 'Apply Connect' integration, you
can streamline your job posting and application processes, so you can focus on what
matters most: Hiring the Best Talent in the Shortest Time!

What Is Apply Connect?

“Apply Connect” is a newly launched integration offering by LinkedIn that will transform
how you use LinkedIn. Whether you have a contract with LinkedIn or not, CEIPAL
offers you the “Apply Connect” integration to turbo-charge your LinkedIn experience
through the CEIPAL ATS.

Our new “Apply Connect” integration enables you to:

● Optimize your candidates’ application experience by allowing them to apply


without ever leaving their LinkedIn account
● Incorporate screening questions directly into a candidate’s LinkedIn
Application.
● Send candidates Live status updates using the Automated Notifications
feature.

● Post your jobs on LinkedIn directly from your CEIPAL ATS. You are no
longer required to wait for "24-48" hours for posting a job on your company
profile.

● View Dynamic LinkedIn Applicant Profile Data in your CEIPAL account,


receive skills insights in real-time, and easily match the right candidate to
the right job.

Getting Started with “Apply Connect”

The steps to integrate your LinkedIn account with your CEIPAL ATS account depend on
whether or not your organization has a contract with LinkedIn. But, rest assured,
“Apply Connect” is available to all CEIPAL ATS users when integrating with their
organizations’ LinkedIn accounts.
Accounts with LinkedIn Contract

Steps to Integrate:
1. Log in to your CEIPAL ATS account
2. Click on the profile icon on the top-right corner
3. Click on ‘Admin Setup’
4. Go to Integrations
5. Click on ‘Job Posting Accounts’
6. Scroll down to ‘Free Job Boards’ section and find LinkedIn
7. Click on the Sign In option
8. Log in to LinkedIn with your organization’s LinkedIn Admin credentials
9. Choose ‘Apply Connect’

Your CEIPAL account is now integrated with LinkedIn and enabled to use
LinkedIn ‘Apply Connect’!

Accounts without LinkedIn Contract

Accounts without a LinkedIn contract can also benefit from the “Apply Connect”
integration through CEIPAL’s ATS.
Steps to Integrate:
1. Log in to LinkedIn with your organization’s LinkedIn Admin credentials
2. Go to ‘Jobs’
3. Open any posted Job
4. Copy the URL of the job (the URL will have a 7-digit company ID)
5. Send the URL to your CEIPAL Account Manager
6. The CEIPAL Account Manager will configure the account with the backend
tool and confirm
7. Once they confirm, Log in to your CEIPAL Account with your admin
credentials
8. Click on the Profile icon on the top right corner
9. Click on ‘Admin Setup’
10. Go to Integrations
11. Click on ‘Job Posting Accounts’
12. Go to ‘Free Job Boards’ section and find LinkedIn
13. Switch ON the LinkedIn account
Your CEIPAL account is now integrated with LinkedIn and enabled to use
LinkedIn “Apply Connect!”
